Our Secondary program is designed to progressively develop students into critical thinkers and problem solvers who are stewards of the school´s mission and vision.

Through a curriculum focused on students acquiring knowledge, understanding, and application, students are guided towards increasingly become the authors of their own learning experiences. As Middle and High School Principal, I am dedicated to facilitating a team-centered atmosphere that encourages excellence in all academic areas and promotes critical thinking, resilience, empathy, and global-mindedness. The secondary years are a crucial turning point for students and it is our goal to encourage and empower ASD students to reach their academic potential and to “dream big” for their future. Along the way, we strongly encourage students to be active participants in their learning, including joining clubs, teams, and activities where they can develop collaboration, determination, and teamwork.
